BBK (Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait) reaffirmed its support to the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP), and renewed its Platinum sponsorship of the Program, pledging a total of BD 1 million over the next 5 years.
This came during a cheque presentation ceremony at the BBK headquarter in Manama, where Mr. Reyadh Sater BBK Chief Executive welcomed Sh. Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince and Board Member and Head of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP) Sh. Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, and presented him with a check for BD 200,000
Mr. Sater praised the efforts of HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and First Deputy Prime Minister Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to develop educational and training programs aimed at youth and human resource development. He also affirmed BBK’s keenness to support educational and developmental initiatives.
Sh. Mohammed thanked BBK for its continuous support and generous contributions to the Program, and affirmed that the support received by sponsors has greatly contributed to the CPISP’s success and its objectives, which are aimed at developing the talents and abilities of outstanding Bahraini students and providing them with the best educational opportunities at top international universities.
