President of the Court of the Crown Prince, Sh. Khalifa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received at his office at the Court today Chairman of Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) and Acting Chief Executive Mr. Adel Khalil Al-Moayyed, who affirmed Bapco will continue its support of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP) and has renewed its sponsorship at the Gold level, pledging BD 500,000 over the next five years. Mr. Al-Moayyed presented a check for BD 100,000 marking its second payment of its annual support to the Program.
Sh. Khalifa thanked BAPCO for its support and generous contribution to the Program, and praised its continued cooperation and contributions to helping the Program achieve its objectives and develop Bahrain’s youth.
From his side, Mr. Al-Moayyed expressed BAPCO’s pride in supporting the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program and hailed the CPISP’s role in supporting Bahraini youth and equipping them with the necessary global skills to contribute to Bahrain’s development. He affirmed that BAPCO’s contribution to the CPISP is part of its ongoing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at fostering the national progress of the Kingdom.
Also present were BAPCO Acting General Manager for HR & Administration Mr. Abdul Rahim Fakroo, BAPCO Public Relations Manager Mr. Naji Ahmed, CPISP Head of Administrative, Financial, and Student Affairs Ms. Shatha Ahmed Ali, and CPISP Head of PR and Media Ms. Esmat Ahmed.
